Clock-ins do not reset it

What exactly starts an active worker week?
Clocking in starts a seven-day billable window for that worker. Additional clock-ins inside the same window do not restart it. If the worker is still clocked in when the window ends, the next window begins automatically.
Do onboarding, on-leave, or terminated workers cost anything?
Not by status alone. Farmroute keeps the workforce record, but the active-worker charge begins only when that worker clocks in. Historical billable periods remain part of the billing record even if a relationship later ends.
What happens when storage is downgraded?
Farmroute schedules the lower plan rather than silently deleting files. If usage remains above the lower limit, uploads may be restricted until storage is reduced or the plan is increased.
Are taxes included in the calculator?
No. The calculator estimates Farmroute subscription, active-worker, and storage charges before any applicable taxes or custom enterprise pricing.
